About Finish-Time

Cross-Platform Autocross Time Management and Publishing Application!

Finish-Time is an easy to use cross platform autocross time-management and publishing application for use with your JACircuits® or RaceAmerica AC4® timer. The timing and scoring crew can easily stage each car as the finishing driver's time is automatically recorded. Any penalties accrued to a driver are easily assessed by the crew with Finish-Time's extra large toolbar buttons.

All of Finish-Time's are accessible within one window, that is the main application window. Each component (buttons, lists, etc.) was purposely designed larger than the other applications found on your computer. The reason may not seem apparent at first, but when running Finish-Time on a laptop computer in the back of your club's timing and scoring vehicle with the sun in your eyes, trying to move the cursor with a track-pad in the middle of summer, you will appreciate this design.

Behind the scenes, Finish-Time functions like your typical spreadsheet application. The only difference is that you do not need to enter any special formulas; Finish-Time performs functions like Data Acquisition, sorting, LIVE Publishing etc. for you. All you have to do is Register drivers for the event, and stage them when the driver moves their car to the event staging area, and apply any Penalties accrued to the driver during or after their run.
